I’ve developed 21 week training plans for both Sprint and Olympic distance. These are not necessarily individualized plans, but are very effective for beginner and intermediate triathletes. You can purchase my training plans by sending money to me via PayPal at jamesonjking@gmail.com. Once payment is received, I’ll send you the password to download the file.

Coaching Experience
Many people have asked what I’ve done to be able to race so fast and have asked me to provide them with workouts, etc. So, I decided to direct some of my attention to coaching. I’ve been coaching now for over 4 years and it has been very rewarding. This excites me because through coaching I can share the knowledge I’ve gained about the sport with more people. It has been exciting to see the improvements and successes of other people! This has been a blast so far.
I am able to provide coaching from a basic level (simple workout schedules) to a more in-depth and in-person coaching. I’ve found that most people are interested in a few sessions of one-on-one coaching. Please contact me if you are interested (jamesonjking@gmail.com).
Currently I have the pleasure of helping my co-workers at Fishbowl to gain a better understand of health and wellness and greater motivation to build good lifestyle habits. I’ve created a simple blog for them that provides basic tips of nutrition and exercise.
A few winters ago I taught a triathlon class at the Lehi Legacy Center. I feel that this class was very productive. Due to my intense workout schedule (and having to work a 40+ hour a week job) I will not be teaching this… for now. I do want to show the massive improvements that these athletes made. Other triathletes working with me on form and fitness will experience similar results.
