With the amount of training I’m putting in it is necessary to have access to the massage therapists at Solase. The massages help to reduce recovery time and prevent injuries. Not only is the massage therapy necessary for my training, I’m able to use their Oxygen Bar which provides pure oxygen to aid in my recovery and preparation for events.
